I originally became an ordained minister online because a close friend asked me to officiate their wedding, and I wanted to support them in a meaningful, personal way. It felt like a special way to be part of their big day—not just as a guest, but as someone helping them start their life together.

I'm originally from Southeast Michigan, specifically the Belleville and Ypsilanti area. Growing up there gave me a strong appreciation for both close-knit community values and the region's deep cultural and my own historical roots within. It's an area that blends small-town character with access to the broader educational and artistic influences of nearby cities like Ann Arbor and Detroit. I'm proud to call it home.

With my online ordination, I hope to offer meaningful support to couples seeking a more personal and comfortable experience on their wedding day. My goal is to provide an alternative to more traditional ceremonies by creating a warm, thoughtful atmosphere that truly reflects each couple’s unique relationship. I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and celebrated as they begin this important chapter of their lives.

I was raised in the Methodist tradition until around the age of eight, which provided me with a foundational understanding of Christian values such as compassion, integrity, and community. While I do not currently practice within a specific denomination, I carry those early influences with me and approach each ceremony with respect for the diverse beliefs and backgrounds of the couples I serve. My focus is on creating inclusive, meaningful experiences that honor each couple’s unique spiritual or secular perspective.

What makes my ceremonies special as a wedding officiant is the intentional focus I place on personalization, authenticity, and connection. I take the time to get to know each couple, understand their story, and craft a ceremony that genuinely reflects their values, personalities, and vision for the day. My approach blends professionalism with warmth, ensuring that the ceremony feels both meaningful and memorable—not just for the couple, but for everyone in attendance.

I am available to travel throughout the state of Michigan to officiate weddings. I primarily serve the Lower Peninsula, where I have the most experience and accessibility, but I am open to traveling to the Upper Peninsula as well, depending on the details and with appropriate travel arrangements. My goal is to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring that each couple receives the attention and care their ceremony deserves.
