Pastor Kel Stagg
Ordained Minister in West Hollywood, California
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became ordained in 2018 because I felt deeply called to serve others spiritually—outside the walls of a traditional church. My background includes attending Bible school and doing missions work in Mexico, Guatemala, England, New York City, and Venice Beach. Those experiences showed me how powerful love, connection, and service can be, no matter the setting. I believe all religions rooted in love hold value—a view often called Omnism—and I wanted to be someone who could honor that belief while offering ceremonies, support, and guidance with compassion and authenticity. Since becoming ordained, I’ve had the honor of officiating weddings and providing spiritual support for those navigating life’s milestones.

Additional Information
I was raised with Christian roots and attended Bible school, but my spiritual journey has expanded far beyond one tradition. Through mission work in places like Mexico, Guatemala, England, New York City, and Venice Beach, I’ve witnessed the beauty and truth in many faiths. Today, I identify most closely with Omnism—the belief that all religions that are rooted in love carry wisdom and value. I believe in God, in service, and in the power of human connection. My heart is open to people of all backgrounds, and I honor the sacred in every path that leads with love and integrity.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a West Hollywood, CA wedding officiant?
What makes my ceremonies special is the intention and soul I bring into every moment. I see weddings as sacred milestones—not just legal events, but spiritual celebrations of love, commitment, and belonging. I take the time to truly get to know each couple—their journey, their values, and what matters most to them—so the ceremony reflects who they are, not just the tradition. With my background in missions work and spiritual service, I’ve witnessed the beauty of love across many cultures and beliefs. I honor all forms of love rooted in authenticity and respect. My tone is warm, inclusive, and grounded. I hold space for nerves, laughter, tears, and joy. Every ceremony I lead is personalized, meaningful, and deeply human—because love is sacred, and it deserves to be seen that way.

As a minister, my goal is to meet people exactly where they are—with compassion, openness, and no judgment. Whether I'm officiating a wedding, offering spiritual guidance, or simply holding space for someone in a moment of need, I strive to create a sense of safety, meaning, and connection. My work is rooted in love, inclusion, and authenticity. I honor all faiths and spiritual paths that come from a place of love, and I specialize in creating personalized, heartfelt ceremonies that reflect the unique values and story of each individual or couple.
