Joshua Williams
Ordained Minister in Bellevue, Kentucky
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
Becoming a minister wasn’t something I took lightly. I wanted to serve, support, and uplift others during life’s most important moments. I’ve always felt called to help people connect more deeply with themselves, each other, and something bigger than us.
Whether it’s officiating a wedding, offering comfort at a funeral, or just being there for someone during their spiritual journey, I wanted to be someone people could turn to in times of joy, sorrow, or change. Being ordained has given me the chance to do just that—with honesty, understanding, and love.
For me, it’s more than just a title. It’s a promise to live with purpose, kindness, and service.
Where are you from?
Born and raised in northern Kentucky and surrounding areas
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
With this ordination, I hope to: Officiate weddings for friends, family, and others who want a ceremony that’s meaningful, personal, and inclusive of their beliefs. Create safe, affirming spaces for people of all backgrounds , regardless of religion, orientation, or tradition to mark their life milestones with dignity and joy. Offer spiritual support in moments of celebration, grief, or transition, without judgment or exclusion. Uphold the values of empathy, kindness, and authenticity in everything I do.
This is not just a formality to me—it’s a way to be of service, to bring people together, and to honor love in its many forms.
