Gabriel Amaro
Ordained Minister in Norwalk, California
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
Throughout my life, I have felt a strong calling to serve others. Becoming an ordained minister allows me to share resources, information, and spiritual support with anyone, regardless of their background. I walk with people as they navigate life’s challenges, offering guidance, compassion, and understanding. My purpose is to be here for the people — to serve humanity with an open heart.
Where are you from?
I’m from a small town in Los Angeles County called Duarte. It’s a close-knit, clean, and safe community where everyone knows each other. The mayor and school principals are incredible leaders who genuinely care about the people. Growing up, it was the kind of place where if I tried to leave campus for lunch, my mom would quickly get a call from someone who saw me — and I’d be told to get back to school. It’s a town built on community, trust, and looking out for one another.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
Through my ordination, I hope to grow my ministry and deepen my faith by serving others. My mission is to help communities and individuals across the world by offering support, compassion, and a sense of belonging. I aim to build a fellowship where people feel welcomed, valued, and loved — creating a community rooted in kindness, faith, and humanity.
