As a Nurse I took an oath and pledged to care for my patients without regard to gender, sexual orientation, race, creed, color, politics, or social status. To care for my patients with all available skills and understanding. To conserve life, alleviate suffering, and promote health while respecting my patient’s dignity and religious beliefs. To provide care with compassion, humanism, and moral courage.

As an ordained minister, my oath and pledge are the same, whether I am officiating a wedding, renewal of vows, house blessings, called to pray for the dying or providing spiritual healing.

Most recently, I traveled to Los Cabos, Mexico to officiate a surprise vowel renewal ceremony on the beach at sunset.
