Jordan V
Ordained Minister in Irving, Texas
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became ordained as a minister because I believe in the power of love, connection, and unity. To me, marriage is one of the most beautiful expressions of human connection—a sacred moment where two souls commit to walking through life together, hand in hand. I wanted to be a part of that magic, to help create a space where love is celebrated, honored, and witnessed.
Being a minister allows me to serve others in a deeply meaningful way. It’s not just about officiating ceremonies; it’s about holding space for people during one of the most important moments of their lives. Whether it’s a wedding, a vow renewal, or a commitment ceremony, I see it as an opportunity to bring people together, to remind them of the light they carry within, and to celebrate the love that binds them.
I also believe that love transcends boundaries—whether they’re cultural, religious, or personal. As an ordained minister, I strive to create ceremonies that reflect the unique essence of each couple, honoring their beliefs, values, and stories. My goal is to make every ceremony feel inclusive, heartfelt, and authentic.
Ultimately, I became ordained because I want to be a vessel of love and light in this world. Love is the greatest force we have, and I’m humbled and honored to play a small part in bringing more of it into the world.
