Mail Order Instructions
Please note that mail orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks to process.
Step #1
Start by generating a list of the items you desire to purchase and compute the subtotal for your selections. You can conveniently accomplish this task by adding the items to your cart on our website, where the subtotal will be automatically tabulated for you.
Step #2
Choose your preferred shipping method and factor in the corresponding shipping and handling (S&H) charges into the subtotal:
- Standard domestic shipping via USPS: $8.49
- FedEx domestic 2-day shipping: $30
- FedEx domestic overnight shipping: $40
- FedEx International shipping to Canada: $24.99
- FedEx International shipping to all other countries: $29.99
Step #3
Calculate any applicable sales tax and append it to the subtotal alongside the shipping charges. You can conveniently view the sales tax by adding your items to the online shopping cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your shipping address. The order summary will then display the total cost, inclusive of shipping charges and sales tax. Step #4
Prepare a check or money order for the grand total payable to the Universal Life Church.
Step #5
Enclose a note containing your shipping address, phone number, and email address.
Step #6
Lastly, dispatch all requisite information along with the check or money order to the following address:
