Mail Order Instructions

For step by step instructions on how to complete a mail order, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Supplies section, click on any products you would like to purchase. You can either click on the product image or the product text.
2. For each item you want, scroll down in the product description to check if there are any options to select or fill in, and do that first. Then once you are ready, click the "Add to Cart" button and you will be taken to the "What's In My Cart?" / Shopping Cart page.
3. If you would like to add more products, click on the "Continue Shopping" button.
4. If you are ready with your order, then print out "What's In My Cart?" / Shopping cart page with items and subtotal. If you are not already on that page, look for the "Cart Contents link and click that.

   Calculate Shipping
   • United States: 1-3 items $9
   • United States: 4-6 items $12
   • International: Small Items (Certificates) $30
   • International: Large Items (Shirts & Books) $60
6. Add shipping cost to shopping cart subtotal
7. Write a personal check or money order to "Universal Life Church"
8. Write down your information for the order. Please include your full name, ordination date, address, phone number, and email address.
   
9. Mail us your Shopping Cart Print Out (Step 4) and payment (Step 7) to:
