I grew up Missouri Synod Lutheran in a small town, where we went to church with our friends who were Catholic, Mormon, and other protestant faiths without thinking twice about it. I attended college at an ELCA undergraduate program, where I learned about ancient and contemporary religious practices, as well as deepened my appreciation for Norse mythology. As an adult, I have extensively trained in core shamanism, as taught by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, which is a joyous way to approach spirituality, healing, and life. It is with this practice that soul work is performed, including soul retrieval, power animal retrieval, passing power, extraction, and compassionate depossession.

Incorporating as little or as much as the couple desires to make their ceremony truly unique.
