Shannon Corrine Tipton
Ordained Minister in Winchester, Kentucky
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I became ordained as a minister to bring a deeper sense of purpose, spiritual guidance, and connection to the people in my life and my community. I realized that everyone seeks meaning, especially during life’s significant moments like weddings, funerals, and personal milestones. Being ordained gives me the honor and responsibility to stand with people during these precious times, to offer not only ceremony but also understanding, empathy, and a shared sense of joy or comfort.
I chose this path because I believe in creating experiences that are unique and meaningful to each individual’s journey. Whether it's helping a couple express their unique bond in a wedding or handfasting ceremony, offering support during times of grief, or celebrating other personal transitions, my goal is to make these moments as heartfelt and true as possible.
