I became an ordained minister because one of my life goals is to enhance the reservoir of goodness in the universe. Serving as a minister is one way to achieve this, alongside engaging in community aid and supporting those who are less fortunate.

I was raised on the West Coast of the United States.

Lately, we find ourselves deep in a time when the weight of forms, systems, and the absurdities of our world have pressed upon us more than ever. It can feel overwhelming in times of political farce, global suffering, and rising struggles. But, we can find moments of clarity and purpose even amid this malaise.

Discordia teaches us that from chaos comes creation, and even when the machinery grinds on, there is room for us to breathe, laugh, and reclaim our power. We will weather this storm together—finding solace in each other and knowing that the tides will turn. There is always a return to greater play, joy, and renewal.

Since 2009, I have embraced Discordianism and hold the title of a Discordian Pope. I've also been ordained as a Priest by the Discordian Society. However, these titles are fundamentally meaningless, as Discordianism describes itself as a "non-prophet, irreligious disorganization" (see Principia Discordia, p. 00055). My ordination by the ULC legitimizes these roles, allowing me to carry out meaningful work recognized by current laws while still honoring Discordianism's disruptive and unconventional spirit.

As a Discordian, I embrace play, joy, and the absurdity of life. My actions foster laughter, camaraderie, and connection by highlighting the inherently comic elements of existence, even when the surrounding circumstances seem anything but humorous. Play serves a vital role; it serves as a defense mechanism, acting as armor against the harsh realities of life. It helps us bond with others, subvert authority, and navigate tragedy with a sense of resilience. It is entirely possible to embrace silliness while also being respectful, introspective, and thoughtful.

I am most familiar with Upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania. However, I am open to traveling almost anywhere, provided that expenses are covered.
