Sister Rebecca Anne
Ordained Minister in Oak City, North Carolina
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I have witnessed too many times, people in need of a minister for a number of reasons. If there is a situation I can attend to, I would like to make myself available to do so, and in an official manner.
Where are you from?
Originally from the beautiful Garden State of New Jersey!
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to continue the good work and service that I am doing within myself, my home, my family, my community, my state, my country and the world!
Religious Affiliations
Christianity, New Age, Spiritualism, Universal Life Church
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Oak City, NC wedding officiant?
Ceremonies of different types can be stressful for the participants and their families. Having a level headed and calm officiant as part of the team on these special days can make a huge difference. There are any emotions and situations that sometimes need to be diffused and everyone simply needs a nudge to remember that if it is a joyous occasion, then joyous everyone should be, and if it be somber or serious, then do so with respectfulness and peacefulness.
As a musician and entertainer as well, I enjoy making people laugh, enjoy bringing something to the event that everyone will remember and adding something special those involved!
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
There are many things I can minister with remotely. As far as in-person ceremonies, I currently am the closest to Greenville, Washington, and am willing to travel to the Outer Banks and Raleigh, if needed.

Additional Information
Life is hard and filled with uncertainty and unexpected twists and turns, ups and downs, happiness and joy and so much more beauty than we allow ourselves to see and experience sometimes.
Everyone must remember not to neglect their spiritual well-being, regardless of personal beliefs, values or religious upbringing. It is an essential part of our being. If I have not had the experiences that I have had in my life, I would not consider continuing to be of service to others in a spiritual capacity. If I had not seen the benefit and effect of spiritualism, faith and beliefs play an integral part in healing the sick in mind, body and spirit, I would not consider this work as part of my life.
I honestly believe in the power of prayer, in the power of positive thinking and in the power of people, unified together with positive thoughts and voices.
