I was raised Catholic, but I have since come to believe in other spiritual truths. I believe that we are all energetic, spiritual beings who work together and are a part of a higher source. This higher source can be called God, Allah, Buddha, Energy, Universal, or anything else. We are all precious and we each connect to a higher self or source in our own unique ways. For me, fitness in all forms - emotional, spiritual, and mental - is of the utmost importance. Your ceremony or special day is important to me, and I strive to make it memorable and serve you in the highest manner possible.
