Born into a Catholic family and community, I was baptized as an infant and raised in my familial religion. After swearing off the existence of God, traveling around the world then back home before I left again to start a family, and finally seeing and experiencing the glory of God personally, was baptized again at 34. I wanted the experience to be personal; a way to re-emerge a new version of myself and knowing accept Jesus into my life. Since then, I’ve taken the time to notice the best and worst parts of me. Why ministry? Well, truthfully, I have the gift of gab as well as the ability to put others at ease without being anything other than myself. Combining these with a strong desire and calling to help others wherever they are in their life means I’ve been doing street ministry most of my life. Except now, I’ve actually given people the steps on their path to finding Jesus and therefore the way to their salvation and their true, best version of self. I’m truly honored to assist those in need and thank God for all he does through me; strengthening hood kingdom
