Though this is the beginning of my career I have had the privilege of leading and counseling people in a wide range of spiritual matters. I have also developed a knack for identifying and addressing issues in a prompt and effective manner. My ability to build strong relationships with my congregation and providing them with the necessary support and guidance has enabled me to make a positive difference in their lives. I also possess excellent communication and leadership skills which are essential in a ministry role. I am confident that my experience and skills make me an excellent fit for this position.
