Camron P
Ordained Minister in Springfield, Oregon
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I originally became ordained so that I could officiate a close friend’s wedding. It started as a way to help someone I cared about celebrate an important moment in their life. Through that experience, I realized how meaningful it is to stand with people during such a pivotal moment. What began as a simple favor has grown into something I want to continue exploring—helping couples celebrate their commitment in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to them.
Where are you from?
I’m from Idaho, currently based in the Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon, where I’m grateful to be part of a community that values creativity, connection, and diverse perspectives.
What do you hope to achieve with your online ordination?
I hope to use my ordination to support people during important life moments, especially weddings. I consider myself a spiritual person who believes that every belief system holds a spark of truth. My goal is to approach each ceremony with empathy, compassion, and understanding, honoring the unique paths people walk as they explore their own sense of meaning and connection. Ultimately, I hope to create ceremonies that feel inclusive, personal, and uplifting for everyone involved.

I am comfortable officiating spiritual, interfaith, secular, and non-religious ceremonies, and I enjoy working with couples to create something that genuinely reflects who they are and what their partnership means to them.
What do you think makes your ceremonies special as a Springfield, OR wedding officiant?
I believe every couple’s story is unique, and their ceremony should reflect that. My approach focuses on creating a moment that feels authentic, meaningful, and personal to the people standing in front of me. I aim to bring warmth, calm presence, and thoughtful guidance to the ceremony so couples can fully enjoy the moment they are committing their lives to one another. Whether a ceremony is spiritual, secular, traditional, or something entirely its own, I work with couples to make sure it reflects their values, their story, and the love they share.
Are there particular areas near you where you prefer to travel or have special experience?
