I got ordained years ago when I was living back in the UK, probably around 2001. It came up in conversation years later in California and some friends asked me to officiate their wedding. I couldn't find the original details so I got ordained again so I could perform their ceremony in 2018. It was a great honour and pleasure to be able to bring two good friends together like that.

I haven't done any other ceremonies since that one, but I'd be happy to, especially if it was for close friends.

It was nerve-wracking but also helped me on the way to overcoming my fear of public speaking.
