Minister Shannon D. Adkins is a proud wife, mother and United States Army veteran from Newport News, Virginia. For years she has managed anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Her goal is to inspire people to reach their full potential mentally, physically and spiritually. Her expertise are resilience coaching, health education and stress reduction. Her ministry is focused on family, youth, domestic violence and grief.
