No matter who you love, you love them. This is a philosophy I have carried with me my entire life thanks to my mother, Gertrude Jane. Gert was raised in the West Side Methodist Church in Cleveland, and passed on the values of the Methodist way. I was further raised among Jehovah's Witness, Buddhist, Sikh, Hindu and Pagan communities, depending on who was caring for me. My childhood was neglectful and abusive whilst being shuffled around and eventually I became homeless as an emancipated teenager. That is when I found the Unitarian Church. A refreshing surprise that recognized the universal truth that we are all one. I read texts from all religions, and try to stay well-versed in religious politics. A personal favorite is a hometown hero, Peace Pilgrim. All of this encompasses why I should be hired. I will adapt to you, and what you are looking for. I am well versed in many traditions and am not afraid to work them into your special day. It's supposed to be a good time, let's do this.
