Effective communicator and dedicated listener which are two of the most important qualities a wedding officiant must have to handle such an important and sacred event. Think about it: You are wanting to impart a message to a group of people about your ritual: that you are about to embark on a sacred journey and you wish others to witness this. You need a communicator. But before that communication can be perfectly communicated, the officiant must be able to listen to your hearts desire. It is your hearts desire for the this day that will be remembered for the rest of your life. I make it my promise to do just that. My specialty are rituals. Rituals are 'ceremonial' acts, or traditions, if you will, performed for a variety of reasons: to proclaim love, to bode farewell, to welcome to this world! I plan rituals in the same way, according to what the service calls for, and what the person(s) hiring me are specifying. I listen, I communicate the form and structure of the ritual, and so when the message is delivered through the ritual, it is Beautiful, it is Powerful, it is Exactly what you expect!
