Linus Snapp-Craft
Ordained Minister in Dallas, Texas
About Me:
Love and Energy is my Religion. Prior to leaving organized religion for a more spiritual-based life, I have been in ministry for over 22 years. I grew up in a Catholic household until the age of 12 when I converted to the Protestant faith (Baptist).
After that time I found myself engaged with several non-denominational churches, a holiness church, and then the United Methodist denomination where I accepted my call into ministry and served as an assistant pastor with youth ministry. After 12 years, I left the denomination and engaged in fellowship with a Catholic parish before leaving organized religion altogether.
My reason was simple: We are all worshiping or trying to connect with the same SOURCE. "We are all children of the same Universe!"
Religion is a by-product of that connection and devotion, which some may require, and others do not. While non-religious, I do consider myself a practicing Buddhist even though I don’t view Buddhism as a religion but a distinct way of life with energy as a foundation.
The reason you should hire me is even though I don’t consider myself religious, I’ve experienced one end of the religious spectrum all the way to the other end of the spectrum and I respect other human’s choices as to what is best for them spiritually. This belief aligns with the two core tenets of the Universal Life Church which is why I chose to be ordained by this body.
My persona is loving and non-judgmental and I would be honored to help make your special occasion even more special. If your event requires a clergy robe, I have can provide that in black or white with or without a stole, a short or long sleeve black clergy shirt, or a simple black cassock with white collar.
