David Dweck

David Dweck is a Native Floridian, born and raised in Miami! He is a retired law enforcement officer serving both South Florida and Middle Tennessee. David started his Real Estate Career in 1988 part-time with Century 21 Dadeco Realty in South Miami, Florida as a Salesman and later Broker-Salesman. After two years, he then obtained his Tennessee Affiliate Broker’s license, also affiliating with Century 21 First Tennessee Realty in Carthage, TN. His experience in his early career were listings of Residential in Florida and Vacation Land in Tennessee. He left the Real Estate field in 1995 to focus on completing his law enforcement career, and after retiring, he returned in 2007 as a Sales Associate and later Broker Associate. In his return to Real Estate, he also obtained his Mortgage Broker’s license to serve his customer needs. Currently he serves as Principal Loan Originator for Southeast Mortgages LLC. He worked for United Realty Group in Cooper City, Florida, from 2007 to 2010, where he opened his own brokerage Southeast Regional Realty. Mr. Dweck holds his Certifications and Designations in Professional Property Management, Community Association Manager, Graduate Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Military Relocation Professional, e-PRO, At Home with Diversity, Broker Price Opinion Representative, Short Sale, and Foreclosure Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert Senior Real Estate Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor. David serves as President of the Broward-Miami Board of Governors of the Miami Association of REALTORS. Other activities include, Board of Directors of Florida REALTORS, Graduate of the 2019 Florida REALTORS Leadership Academy, State and Local Taxation Forum, Vice-Chair of the Property Management Forum and serves as a National Director and Vice Chair of the Single Family Investment Management Committee of the National Association of REALTORS. He volunteers his time with the American Red Cross, Hollywood Housing Authority and Civil Air Patrol. Mr Dweck is also an Ordained Minister since 2015 and is affiliated with The Church for Life.
