I have always been a shoulder to cry on, an arm to lean on, a hand to hold, and an ear to vent to. I am open and compassionate to everyone and believe that everyone should have a person they trust in their corner for all aspects of their life. Whether it is navigating the waters of daily life or celebrating all the adventures of life such as birth, marriage, and honoring and celebrating a life lived.

Spiritual wellness and counseling have been part of my life for 3 decades and I am excited and honored to offer a new level of support for those that turn to me when they need emotional and spiritual guidance for any aspect of their life.
