My name is Rachel Muscolino and I am an Ordained Minister through Universal Life Church. I can perform a wide array of ceremonies from non-denominational to a multitude of other types of religious ceremonies. Such as, Christian ceremonies to Wiccan/Pagan to Modern Jewish to Interfaith ceremonies. Or if you prefer something simple we could do just a Simple or Civil Ceremony.

We can also do just a Traditional Wedding Ceremony. We can work together to ensure you have the ceremony you have been dreaming of. We offer many more types of ceremonies not listed above, so be sure to ask if you want a certain type of ceremony you don't see listed. I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Energy Healing practices, etc. If interested in any type of counseling sessions, marriage counseling, pre-wedding counseling, we also offer those services.

I am located in Southern Maryland and am willing to travel. Anything past the Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's County Lines will be compensated according to the IRS Mileage reimbursement. I am also an Official Notary and am able to notarize any documents you should have and need notarized for a fee.

Pricing Varies *But I understand what it is like to struggle. So should pricing be an issue, please let me know and we will work out a price together to ensure you get your wedding day.

There must be 21 days notice prior to the ceremony. I do perform emergency ceremonies for an additional fee.

Unless otherwise discussed, payment is completed by all nonrefundable deposits in the following amounts: For Weddings: 50% Ceremony Deposit upfront and 50% due the day of ceremony, prior to the ceremony. Or the full amount can be paid upfront. Mileage Reimbursement, plus other fees accrued, will come by a separate invoice after the Ceremony.

For other services such as counseling, pricing is done by a case-by-case basis. With prices varying from FREE and up.
