Wellness Counselor

As a General Wellness Counselor, I see the spiritual dynamics that are affecting that person and how that person relates to others. Individual counseling can take many forms and address a variety of life’s aspects. My role is not to counsel so much as to assist the person process the energy. Learning is achieved by the same method. When presented with a lot of information at, once, it is difficult to learn anything because the information is not processed, results in a headache. Fortunately, that energy dissipates pretty quickly. In clearing blockages, that energy isn’t carried. One affects another. For example, traffic can make your cranky and perhaps you snap at your wife. Small blockages can affect different area elements and may worsen without conscious perception.

Healing occurs not when a person is cleared but in the unconscious process of balancing their energy and positively effecting those closest. Whether you have been experiencing issues in you career, in marriage, struggling with your faith, you have pain, or are your sick, the root cause is the same.

I welcome all faiths and walks of life. Many prefer to have a sand ceremony, a candle lighting, or a union celebration over the traditional wedding. Or prefer to celebrate life as an alternative to a traditional funeral. Or the Day of the Dead instead of Thanksgiving. It is okay. Ir is ok to observe and celebrate both in your own way. You are free and supported to develop and define your own faith.

My ministry of Spiritual care bridges the gap between faith and religion. I encourage you to form a belief system that is in line with your spirit. Spiritual therapy is a form of functional medicine that helps bring harmony. Discord in the spirit, it is outwardly displayed and often mistaken for mental, emotional, and physical illness in the body. I am a guide and I will accompany you on your journey or walk to wellness. Sessions can be made in person or online via a tele-health option.
