With people's varying viewpoints on the legalization of same-sex marriage, most, if not all, government officials who are permitted under the Kentucky Consitution to perform civil marriage ceremonies have decided to stop officiating ALL marriages. Plus, depending on your faith, or other situations, some faith organizations will refuse to do the same. With these and other obstacles, it does seem to make it difficult to enter into a marriage with the person you love and want to spend the rest of your life with, doesn't it?
