Debra L. Tolbert

Retired mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I have unofficially officiated several funerals and recently decided to become ordained to perform my daughter, grandson and granddaughter's weddings in the upcoming year. I'm devoted to my family and cherish the times we spend together. As an ordained minister, I can not only offer my love, blessing, and encouragement to those entering a new journey in life, but can do it in a legal and more memorable fashion.
