Kathryn McCallum

I've spent a lifetime balancing my outer work as an artist, writer, musician, media and arts professional and producer with deep studies in spirituality, meditation, energy work, consciousness studies and human potential. I was baptized and raised in the Christian Protestant tradition, went on to study comparative religion and philosophy in college, studied numerous courses at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles since 1985, and then went on to earn an MA in Consciousness Studies. I'm fairly new to officiating weddings, but I've participated in or have produced events, rituals, and attended many weddings and funerals as a professional photographer or singer which has given me more in-depth understanding and awareness of the uniqueness of all celebrations.

I also offer special initiations designed for children and teens at 7 years, 14, and 21 based on the evolution of the "whole system beingness." Considering the portals of age 0-7 physical development, 7-14 emotional development, 14-21 mental development, and 21-28 Soul development. This is a powerful experience that you can offer your children that will help them through the various phases of their growth and development and the rituals can be absolutely beautiful.

I'm moving more deeply into this work as I love celebration and ritual and feel that they are truly initiations into new phases of our lives. I feel moved to and want to bring that energy and awareness to assist clients who would like to design their own unique experiences resonate with their lives and beliefs.

Additionally, I recently received certification in Reiki and can also provide house blessings and home altar creation.

My fees vary depending on your needs and location.
