We are many members yes but we all are connected to one body and the body cannot function when there are body parts that are not working in their fullest potential
Omyni Harrell has always had a heart for people even as a young girl. Omyni Harrell’s tagline, “People, Empower, Purpose is just that, knowing people are important, and empowering people into their purpose is also imperative. Omyni realized that is what she does and, enjoys to do. Helping the community through her church family and involves herself with supporting her daughters’ high school on the Boosters’ club. While doing all that, she still finds time to love, live, and encourage others with the continued ability to express tenderness to people and to share the wealth of wisdom, and the understanding that God has bestowed upon her. She continues to inspire cultivate and nurture all who come into contact with her. Realizing that “Balance is Key” and that “Direction is the first step to Purpose”. A Veteran herself, one of the hardest transitions she had to face was the transition from active duty military, back into the civilian sector. As a Veteran Service Officer, Omyni assists Veterans in their claims process. She focuses on women who have been sexually assaulted or abused, and assets them in their helming process. Understanding transition is not easy, however attainable, Mrs. Harrell is here to assist! Omyni will walk you through the negatives and show you the positives in them and give you a new outlook on the situation with a finite resolution. “For the true purpose of someone to manifest, we first, must take care of the immediate need, of a person. Once we take care of the distractions and needs, we can together help uproot the issues, and show them how to walk into their purpose. I have created assessments to decipher and categorize the level of receiving help in three stages. Denial, Acknowledgement, and Ready. When you are in denial you do not believe there is an issue. Until you recognize there is an issue, the issue cannot be changed. Your life will stay the same. Acknowledgment is when you know there is an problem or deficiency, however you choose the stay in it. Remember everything is choice. And ready means you are no longer in denial, you have acknowledged the problem, and you are ready to take the next step! Remember also you cannot do this alone.
