I have been an active member of the New Thought movement as a Minister of the day as well as a Prayer Chaplain in a number of Unity Centers in New England. My "growing up church" is Greek Orthodox where I got a foundation of connection to God, ceremony and community. I then transitioned into the new thought world in the early 2000's where I gained a deeper understanding of energy and spirituality. I do not have one religion I prescribe to. Instead, I enjoy practicing EFT, meditation, channeling and grounding with nature. I am a certified and accredited EFT trainer, practitioner and mentor through EFT International where I teach people how to use EFT to reduce stress and raise their vibration. I am also certified in Matrix Reimprinting with special training in past lives. I have a strong foundation in mystical teachings and metaphysical laws. I am on a mission to raise the vibration of this planet through EFT, education, spiritual inspiration and personalized sessions. I know without a doubt that every person is capable of infinite possibilities.
