I have been in ministry for over twenty years and ordained to full capacity ministry for sixteen years. I understand the pros and cons of being a Pastor and that you can not deal with everyone on the same level. Just because you can bring full scriptures to one person doesn't mean the next person will understand it the same way. I love helping couples find what makes them thrive and help them see and understand their WHY before reaching the alter because down the line in times of marital crisis they will always remember why they joined together in the first place and will be able to bounce back fast. You don't just throw someone into fishing first you give them the training and tools.
