Ceremonies are valuable to honor landmark moments in our lives. I also believe that there is something very special about the rest of the moments in our lives. Whether it is a life-changing decision like marriage, a career change, or moving your residence, there are principles to follow and strategies to implement to make each day of our lives even more fulfilling. More like coaching than formal counseling, I assist people to move forward when there have been traumatic events, the marriage is not going so well anymore, or the career has become mundane. The same principles that apply to assist us through these times with clarity and grace are the same principles that can prevent having to come to these tougher, uncertain moments in life. I offer to coach so that you clarify your identity (who you are) and your own life philosophy (what you believe). Once you have clarity on this, you have a basis for setting goals and managing your whole life - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and financially/career.
