I began planning weddings for Donecker’s in Ephrata, PA in 2002 when a position opened up very unexpectedly. Within a few months, I knew this was what I was meant to do. I have few things in life that I enjoy more than being a part of a wedding day. It brings a smile to my face and warmth to in my heart knowing that I have helped create a beautiful wedding for my couples and their families.

I came to The Inn at Leola Village in 2007, as the owners were about to grow their business with a brand new wedding venue. We worked together to create a unique, all-inclusive, one-of-a-kind wedding experience. For over 13 years, I have planned many beautiful wedding receptions and have sent hundreds of wedding parties down the aisle. In 2020 there was an incident in which an officiant was running very late. The couple was stressed as they (and their guests) were kept waiting for the ceremony to begin. I could see that it took something away from their special moment. Instantly, I decided to become ordained, so that I could help if anything like that, ever happened again. After some more thought, I realized that it could be a great service to add to our already one-stop-shop property! My main focus will be performing ceremonies at The Inn at Leola Village. However, if my schedule allows, I would love to also perform intimate offsite ceremonies and elopements!
