Jackie
Ordained Minister in Pueblo West, Colorado
Why did you originally become an ordained minister online?
I originally chose online ordination to ensure that my ministry could be fully inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of modern families and couples. Many people do not belong to a traditional church, prefer a non–church-based service, or seek a ceremony that honors their personal spirituality rather than a single religious doctrine. Online ordination allowed me to serve those individuals ethically and legally, while celebrating all faith traditions—and those who identify as spiritual but not religious—with equal respect and sincerity.
Since January 2001, I have had the honor of officiating handfastings, baptisms, baby blessings, and other sacred ceremonies, offering bespoke services marked by unmatched attention and personalization. Each ceremony is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the values, beliefs, and lived experiences of those involved. In 2023, I expanded my ministry to include postpartum care and a dedicated Mothering Ceremony, further supporting individuals and families during pivotal life transitions. Based in Pueblo West, Colorado, and serving Pueblo County, I also bring experience from New Hampshire, where I officiated many ceremonies, including legal marriages during the early years of marriage equality.
