I became an ordained minister in 2013 when same sex marriages were legalized. Celebrating love motivated me and I love preforming weddings. Finding a wedding officiant can be difficult if you do not belong to a congregation. I wanted to be there for the folks who do not participate in church but, have a need for a minister. I am the daughter of an undertaker, the step daughter of a therapist, who's mother preached the Golden Rule. This combination sharpened my ability to empathize and provide comfort in all situations, whether joyous or solemn. Any stage of life can require counsel. We could all use a little support maneuvering through the passage of time. The world we live in is filled with uncertainty. Having the counsel of a good pastor can make an enormous difference. Whether you are beginning your life, joining it with another's, or at the end of your journey, love and acceptance are the tools needed to get to the other side.
