Why not? Any persons that take it upon themselves to perform the sacred ritual of marriage are already pre-ordained with a mission from G-d.

I've been practicing and integrating various spiritual paths since I was at least 7 years old. Born into Judaism, but later self-initiated myself into the Craft; I have a background in both mainstream and esoteric spiritual paths.

I think that the wedding ceremony should be simple and meaningful; and that it doesn't have to cost a fortune. It's also important to do renewal vows to reassess and update your marriage - Marriage should be an ongoing experience. The wedding is just the initiation into the journey.
