Having relocated to SW Florida in 2012 and not finding a new spiritual community, I started my journey inward. I am rediscovering who I am, who I was always meant to be.

I'm a Reiki III practitioner, certified health coach, and facilitator of women's and teen empowerment courses. I'm a mother to two grown children and three four-legged "kids". I'm a partner. A wellness center manager. A gardner. A writer. A painter. A friend. And, yes, a minister.

I grew up in a very rural Central NY community, into a dairy family. I worked in special education for 18 years before some knee surgeries left me unable to continue in my line of work.

I'm finding my groove down here in Florida, and looking forward to being of service to others.
