I am a person people put their trust in even without knowing me. When someone confides in me I keep it confidential unless I believe the person to be a threat to themselves or others. I make sure that when something is wrong it is made right and if I see danger I avoid it while contacting the proper authorities. I tend to be able to calm most people down and get them to listen to me with little effort due to the fact that I find most people who are frustrated just want to vent their frustrations. I have held jobs that require me to be an active listener and always got great feedback and I put that feedback to work to make sure I keep getting better, I do well with public speaking and communicating whenever I need to.
