P Al
Ordained Minister in Huntington, New York
About Me:
Sharing the values of the people I’m in service to can be helpful to the overall process, since people want to feel accepted and understood. I also realize I don't need to share a clients' values to convey this message. If my values mentally conflict with those of a clients, I maintain as neutral an attitude as humanly possible. A neutral attitude can help you keep your values in check. It involves simply listening to and acknowledging what a client says without judgment or bias. Seek first to understand and then to be understood. The religious affiliations listed below are ones that I feel comfortable helping with although some of them I will need great assistance and input from the planning group to properly and respectfully navigate the process together.
