Pastor B Mustinen
Ordained Minister in Appleton, Wisconsin
About Me:
Allow me to introduce myself and the lay ministry that has been a part of my life for the past three decades. Much like when I was a child, my Faith was a significant; if not the most important feature of my life. As I matured in age, life experiences, and at work, I have learned to keep things especially simple. In that way, one never loses sight of what is truly important. In this ever changing world, that's sometimes easy to do.
I work with families and individuals who are deeply rooted in their Faith. I also work with those who claim they have little or no Faith. I'm not here to judge, finger point, or tell you what to do. Rather, it is my genuine desire to inspire, welcome, and embrace those who seek a path where God's mercy, love, and grace is present.
I can fondly recall my own Father singing to me when I was growing up, some of those hearty hymns that brought joy and comfort to many souls. I remember my own Grandmother telling me just how precious this gift of Faith truly was/is.
For the past 12 years I founded and operated a program called Keeping It Simple.now Splinter Factory. I fund it all by myself too. This program began to work with individual's family members who suffered from a catastrophic event in their lives. It grew into a program where over different courses were offered and people of all ages, different ethnicities and economic backgrounds gathered. There they learned what they really were in control of and how to become their own best advocate. This peer to peer group of small gatherings began with a simple prayer, offered simple refreshments and at times crock pots full of homemade goodness. Yet the message was always welcoming, open to all, following a pre-registration process to confirm their participation. I ultimately began to offer private mentoring and coaching opportunities for those struggling and many who were well known in public.
I have spent countless hours and several decades meeting people where they are in their current lives, and/or learned where they wish to be. Upon doing so they appreciate our conversations and opportunities to grow into who they felt God wanted them to be. This entire ministry and becoming a minister is a calling to me and my heart and head.
As far as Religious Affiliations below, there are a number of them I have little or no knowledge about. But I'm willing to learn and listen and then discuss things. Minister Details also include weddings, anniversary, veteran's memorable/memorials, religious confirmation classes, gatherings, singing services, and others. Those options are not listed in the drop down menus. Let's talk, shall we? :)
It is deep within me to govern, instruct, teach, mentor, coach, and officiate to those wanting or needing my time and talents.
If you seek one or any of the above mentioned opportunities, please contact me. Let's discuss what you seek, and together we will work together to bring you and/or a loved one a most memorable and joyous occasion a reality.
I've worked with numerous professionals, hi-end events, those who are struggling in their lives, those who celebrate sobriety and recovery, individuals within the LGBTQ community, our proud and strong military veterans, people of different denominations and people who are of different religions with cultural differences than my own. It has been a growing experience to me; while together we demonstrate a respectfulness of one another's beliefs. I'm learning several languages in the hopes to preside over future events with a heartfelt and yet meaningful message I'd offer.
Fees depend on each unique situation and event requested. :)
