I can be for hire (rent? haha) in the areas from Chehalis, WA to Sea-Tac, WA. In Washington State, you need to get the license from the courthouse (They give an Officiant certificate as well, neat.) and the only other thing really needed is a Notary Public. (I believe multiple witnesses works as well.) Tell me what you are hoping for, and we can go from there. Pretty open-minded, odd humor, full of fun trivia if it comes in handy.
