Captain Christopher

I am an Educator, Nonprofit professional and a Captain and Sailor of 30+ years with nearly 200,000 sea miles and 20,000 students; from the US Coast Guard to Maine Maritime Academy and 20+ years sailing Tall Ships all over the world. My travels and experiences have taken me to South and Central America, South and North Pacific, East and West Coasts, and all over Europe. I continued my education at University of Houston in Creative Writing, Education and Nonprofit Management. I've competed in Dungeons & Dragons tournaments at GenCon; helped found a Triathlon Club in Honolulu; and the PHRF National Championships in offshore sailing. I've published short stories, performed open mic comedy, skied on a live volcano, leapt off cliffs, bathed in waterfalls, and spooked celebrities and Bunnies at the Playboy Halloween parties. I've seen the dark and ugly sides of life, but the sweetness and light vastly outweighs enough that I continue to believe in affection, romance, love and marriage.
