Angel M. Dotson-Hall

As one who loves weddings and often have provided music for ceremonies, I wondered how I could help facilitate weddings on a regular basis. I wasn't interested in working as a planner or as a caterer, although, I have catered a reception or two. Through prayer and contemplation, I was given an answer: serving as a wedding officiant. Ordination through getordained.org is truly a God-send. I am willing to travel to serve as a wedding, funeral or baptismal officiant. Also, while this path to ordination did not require me to pass courses, prepare and deliver sermons or any other challenges, please note that I have prepared and delivered sermons before. In 1999, I completed requirements for a Bachelor of Music, Vocal, at Brewton-Parker Baptist College. Besides the required Old Testament and New Testament classes, I also completed upper-level Christianity courses as electives. Two such courses were World Religions and Formation in Worship.
